In this tight economy finding great candidates can be tough.  Attending Career Fest gives you the chance to meet students from 18 small, private liberal arts colleges seeking internships and full-time positions.  What sets our students apart is that their education includes not only a particular subject matter (though many of our students have more than one major) but also their exposure to all of the Career Readiness skills that are so critical in the workforce.

Parking will be available in close proximity for your convenience. Lunch is provided for registered employer representatives, but there are also options to purchase your own lunch nearby.

Employers registered are only visible to students and alumni in Career Fest App after payment has been received. Registration deadline is Friday, January 31, 2020.

Registration Cost

For Profit Organization: $450.00
Non-Profit & Government Agencies: $200.00

Registration includes: 1 – 6′ table, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, easily-accessible parking, morning beverages: coffee, hot tea, assorted sodas, water, and lunch: assorted sandwiches/wraps, salad, chips, cookies/dessert bars, water, soda, coffee, tea; lunch is portable and can be taken to employer booths or eaten in designated employer lounge area.


Payment is due upon invoicing. Payment can be made via check or credit card following instructions on invoice.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to before January 31, 2020 at 5 p.m. CST. Employers who notify us prior to January 31 will receive a refund. Cancellations received after January 31 will not receive refund.

Digital Advertising (CareerFest App Banner):

Banner Ads are the best way to get candidates’ attention prior to the fair. Cost: $50.00.

Student Preparation Station:

This station is at the entrance of the career fair giving students the opportunity to polish their look before entering the career fair floor. The sponsoring employer(s) will have their company logo, table number, and marketing materials (brochures) included in this area. Cost: $150.00.

Professional Photographer Sponsorship:

There will be a professional photographer taking student head shots to be used for LinkedIn). The sponsoring employer will have their company logo, description, hiring opportunities and more included in the email body in which student photo is sent attached. Also included on the head shot is a thumbnail of sponsoring company logo or name at the very bottom of photo. This package includes 1 Career Fair Table Registration and Digital Advertising package. Cost: $850.00
