CCCI offers several ways for employers to participate with CCCI. One is Career Fest and the other is our Distinguished Employer Advisory Board
College Career Consortiums’ Career Fest is a high‑energy, multi‑campus recruiting event designed to connect students with a wide range of employers who are actively hiring for internships, part‑time roles, and full‑time professional positions. It brings together colleges from across the region to create one large, collaborative talent pool, giving students access to far more opportunities than a single‑school fair could offer. Employers appreciate the diversity of majors and skill sets represented, while students benefit from direct conversations with recruiters, résumé reviews, and on‑the‑spot networking that can lead to interviews or future career pathways. Overall, Career Fest serves as a bridge between academic preparation and real‑world employment, helping students confidently take their next professional steps.

The Employer Advisory Board is an invite only Board that provides guidance and insight to our members regarding educational, academic and career expectations of employers.
